Oscars was founded by Chef Phil Duhon and Ashley Deroche in 2003. Phil and Ashley moved to Colorado Springs from Lafayette Louisiana in 1997. The couple worked in local favorite downtown restaurants until venturing out on their own.

Oscars is a Mom & Pop shop that you’d see strung out all over southern Louisiana and coastal states. Fun, food and a relaxed, almost beach like atmosphere is our goal. We’re known and famous for our oysters. Our food is Cajun and made the way it’s made back home. We welcome you to pop in, garb some coastal food and a beverage of your choice from our complete and well worn bar.
